Production is a one-time fee. Future hosting and maintenance are separate; costs and terms are still to be finalized. No unlimited interaction or perpetual free hosting is promised.
How long does production take?+
Timing depends on preparation, recording, archive material and scope. We will agree a schedule during consultation; no standard turnaround is currently promised.
Can we include photographs and family recordings?+
Selected archives are included in Signature and Legacy. We discuss relevance, permissions and scope together.
What if the recipient declines?+
They are free to decline. Gift cancellation and refund terms are not yet finalized and must be agreed before paid checkout is launched. No payment is taken through this enquiry.
