Does the recipient need to agree?
Yes. Participation and voice and visual capture require explicit consent. The invitation is a choice, never an obligation.
Who owns the recordings and Portrait?
These terms are not yet finalized. We will discuss and agree them with you before any paid commission.
Can the subject review and approve their stories?
Yes. Interactive responses must be grounded in material recorded, supplied and approved by the subject. They do not invent undocumented experiences.
Can the Portrait be changed, paused or deleted?
These terms are not yet finalized. We will discuss and agree them with you before any paid commission.
Who gets access?
Private family access is included in the production scope. The named users, permissions and access terms will be agreed before commissioning.
What happens after the initial production?

Are there ongoing hosting costs?
Production is a one-time fee. Future hosting and maintenance are separate; costs and terms are still to be finalized. No unlimited interaction or perpetual free hosting is promised.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on preparation, recording, archive material and scope. We will agree a schedule during consultation; no standard turnaround is currently promised.
Can we include photographs and family recordings?
Selected archives are included in Signature and Legacy. We discuss relevance, permissions and scope together.
What if the recipient declines?
They are free to decline. Gift cancellation and refund terms are not yet finalized and must be agreed before paid checkout is launched. No payment is taken through this enquiry.
